Anja Hendel is the Managing Director at diconium, a digital services company, where she has been instrumental in guiding the digital transformation efforts at Volkswagen AG since 2020. As a mobility expert, she specializes in navigating the digital shifts within the automotive industry, particularly in translating traditional engineering into a software-centric business model. Before joining diconium, Anja led the Porsche Digital Lab in Berlin, where she managed an international team of deep-tech experts. Her previous experiences also include roles at the European pharmaceutical wholesaler Celesio AG and the IT consulting giant Capgemini.
